Introducing Ms. Neema, a seasoned professional from Tanzania specializing in insurance, risk management, and project coordination. With over ten years of experience, she has made significant contributions to the banking sector, international projects, and agricultural insurance activities.

Ms. Neema started her career at CRDB Bank, where she spent over five years mastering bancassurance and risk management. She then moved on to PharmAccess International, where she led various digital projects across Tanzania Mainland, and Zanzibar for another five years.

Her expertise extends to managing agriculture insurance activities at ACRE Africa, where she played a crucial role in Tanzania's socio-economic development. With skills ranging from training and system expertise to business and risk analysis, she has proven herself adaptable and proficient in diverse roles within organizations.

Ms. Neema holds a master's degree in insurance and risk management from MIB Trieste School of Management, Italy, along with an MBA in Corporate Management from Mzumbe University and a bachelor's degree in insurance and risk management from the Institute of Finance and Management in Tanzania. She is also certified by institutions like the International Labour Organization (ILO), Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), and World Health Organization (WHO), among others.

Currently serving as Program Coordinator for the Equity Group Foundation and Mwanamke Initiatives Foundations, Ms. Neema continues to drive impactful initiatives aimed at empowering communities.
